Subscription Policy

This Subscription Policy describes the terms and conditions for purchasing and using SnapShade's premium subscription plans and credit packs. By completing a purchase, you agree to this policy in addition to our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

1. Subscription Plans

SnapShade offers the following premium plans. Current pricing is displayed within the App at the time of purchase and may vary by region:

Most Flexible

Full access to all features, unlimited styles, and priority AI processing. Billed every week.

SnapShade Pro – Monthly

Most Popular

Full access to all features, unlimited styles, and priority AI processing. Billed every month.

SnapShade Pro – Annual

Best Value

Full access to all features, unlimited styles, and priority AI processing. Billed once per year. Best value.

Credit Packs

One-Time

One-time purchase of transformation credits. Credits do not expire. Use at your own pace.

The exact price in your local currency will be shown on the App Store payment screen before you confirm your purchase.

2. Free Trial

When a free trial is offered, the following conditions apply:

  • The free trial period begins immediately upon confirmation of your subscription.
  • You will not be charged during the trial period.
  • To avoid being charged, you must cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the end of the free trial period.
  • If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription and your Apple ID account will be charged.
  • Free trials are available to new subscribers only. Apple may restrict trial offers to accounts that have not previously subscribed to SnapShade.
  • Your free trial entitles you to full access to all Pro features during the trial period.

3. Billing & Payment

  • All payments are processed securely by Apple through the App Store. SnapShade does not store or process your payment card details.
  • Your Apple ID account will be charged for the subscription price at the time of purchase confirmation and upon each auto-renewal.
  • Subscription fees are charged in advance for each billing period (weekly, monthly, or annually).
  • Prices are subject to change. We will notify you of any price changes in advance, and you will have the opportunity to cancel before the change takes effect.
  • All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as described in Section 5 (Refunds) or as required by applicable law.

4. Auto-Renewal

SnapShade subscriptions are auto-renewing. This means:

  • Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period at the then-current price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
  • Apple will charge your Apple ID account within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
  • You can check and manage your renewal date in your Apple ID account settings at any time.
  • Turning off auto-renewal does not cancel your current subscription — you will continue to have access until the end of the current paid period.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel your SnapShade subscription at any time. Here's how:

  1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
  2. Tap your name at the top, then tap Subscriptions.
  3. Find and tap SnapShade.
  4. Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to Pro features until that date.
  • Cancelling does not automatically result in a refund for any unused portion of the current period.
  • After cancellation, your account will revert to the free tier at the end of the billing period.

6. Refunds

All purchases made through the App Store are subject to Apple's refund policies. SnapShade does not process refunds directly.

To request a refund from Apple:

  1. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
  2. Sign in with your Apple ID.
  3. Find the SnapShade purchase and select Request a Refund.
  4. Choose your reason and submit.
  • Refund eligibility is determined solely by Apple.
  • Purchased credits are non-refundable once used.
  • If you believe you are entitled to a refund due to a technical error or service issue on our end, please contact us at mehmetirmaakk@icloud.com and we will work with you to find a resolution.

7. Credits

SnapShade credits are virtual currency used within the App to generate AI transformations. The following terms apply:

  • Credits are purchased through the App Store as one-time purchases (non-subscription).
  • Credits do not expire while your account remains active.
  • Credits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for real-world currency.
  • Credits are consumed when an AI transformation is successfully generated.
  • Pro subscribers receive credits as part of their subscription — these credits reset each billing period and do not carry over.
  • Upon account deletion, any remaining credits are forfeited.

8. Changes to Subscription Plans

We reserve the right to modify subscription plans, pricing, and features at any time. If we make changes that affect your existing subscription, we will notify you in advance via in-app notification or email. If you do not agree to changes, you may cancel your subscription before the changes take effect.

9. App Store Terms

SnapShade subscriptions and purchases are subject to Apple's App Store Terms of Service. By making a purchase, you also agree to Apple's applicable terms. In the event of a conflict between this Subscription Policy and Apple's terms, Apple's terms govern with respect to payment processing and refunds.

Apple is not a party to this Subscription Policy and has no responsibility for SnapShade's subscription terms or features.
