How does the AI hair transformation work?
Simply upload a selfie and choose from 100+ hairstyle options. Our AI, powered by advanced generative models, analyzes your face and creates a photorealistic preview of how you'd look with the selected hairstyle — all in seconds.
How many credits do I get with a Pro subscription?
Pro subscribers get access to all hairstyle options and a monthly credit allocation for AI transformations. Credits reset each billing period. You can also purchase additional credit packs at any time.
How do I start or cancel my free trial?
When you start a free trial, you have full Pro access for the trial period. To avoid being charged, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends via: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → SnapShade → Cancel Subscription.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes! Cancel anytime via your iPhone Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → SnapShade. You retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer partial refunds for unused periods.
How do I request a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find the SnapShade purchase, and select 'Request a Refund'. For technical issues on our end, contact us directly.
Why doesn't the result look exactly like me?
AI-generated transformations are high-quality approximations for preview purposes. Results work best with clear, well-lit selfies where your face is fully visible and unobstructed. The AI is optimized to show how a hairstyle complements your features.
Are my photos stored permanently?
No. Photos you upload are processed in real-time by our AI service and are not permanently stored on our servers after the transformation session ends. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
How do I delete my account and data?
To request account and data deletion, email us at the address below with the subject line 'Account Deletion Request'. We process deletion requests within 30 days.
